Love Water

It is very common for some to say that they can't stand the taste of water and they prefer juice or soda. But juice and soda can never keep your body hydrated as much as water can! Water is needed to help keep your body hydrated as well as flush out unwanted toxins and waste from the body instead of storing it and allowing it to transfer into fat cells.

 

I encouraged those who say they don't like water to at least try these 3 flavors of fruit infused water and also add additional benefits.

Why Water?

I cannot stress enough why water is so important! Life cant be life without water.
We must continue to drink water on a consistent basis to keep your body fully hydrated.
Water is known to help relieve: headaches, fatigue,joint pain as well as other things.
We can go for weeks without food but only 3 days without water.
