WHAT IS ACCOUNT DASHBOARD?
Account Dashboard will help you to see your recent order and information at a glance.
CHANGE PASSWORD
To change your password,
1. Click on "Account information"
2. Look for "Change Password"
3. Click on small check box next to "Change Password"
4. Put your current password and then new password. Please put same password for confirm New Password.
Password is case sensitive so make sure your caps-lock is off. Make your password unique using alphabet and numbers combined. Do not share your password with anyone. We recommend you not to use your birthday, telephone numbers, or easy numbers and letters (ex. 1111 Or aaaa) as your password.
CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To change / edit your contact information, you can click on "Edit button" next to contact information on My Dashboard page or click on "Account Information" from side navigation menu.
You may change your First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, and E-mail Address.
CHANGE BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS
Click on "Address Book" to edit or remove your addresses.
For billing address, please use exact same address filed with your credit card issuer. You may need to contact your credit card issuer for more assistant with your billing address if you get an error when you check out.
For shipping address, you may save more than one location. Please make sure the city matches with Zip-code otherwise processing time will take longer to verify correct address.
Please choose correct address and double check your address before submitting your order. After submit your order, it is hard to change your order and there's high change that your order has already left fulfillment center.
CHECK PREVIOUS & OPEN ORDER
By clicking on "My Orders", you can check your past orders and status of your current order.
Pending - This means we have received your order successfully.
Processing - Our fulfillment center is packing your items and confirming payment transaction.
Shipped - Your transaction has been successful and we sent out your box to you.
VIEW WISH LIST
To view your wish list, please click on " My Wishlist".
Click "Add to Cart" for each item you wish to purchase.
To edit an item before adding it to your cart, click on "Edit" button under Add to cart.
By click on " Trash Can" illustrated button, you can delete an item from your wish list.
To share your wish list, click on "Share Wishlist", enter e-mail addresses whom you like to share with a little message. Click on
"Send" button to share.
ADD / REMOVE A CREDIT CARD
You can add a new card number, remove an existing card, or edit an existing card.
To add a credit card to your account, click the "Add New Card" button and enter necessary information and click "Save". Each credit card's billing address must match with file on your credit card issuer.
To remove a saved credit card from your account, click "Delete" button next to the card you wish to remove.
To edit an existing card information, click "Edit" button next to the card you wish to edit.
Although our website is very secure, you may choose either to save your credit card on our website or not (We do not have access to view all of your credit card number). Our system automatically convert your numbers in to special code. This system is commonly used with lots of huge retail websites.

CHANGE NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS
To change status of your newsletter subscription, click on "Newsletter Subscriptions".
If there's mark on the check box, you are subscribing our newsletter which contains promo codes, new arrivals, events, and valuable information.
You can unsubscribe by click on check box to remove check mark and click in "Save" button.
