STANDARD SERVICE
Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-6 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed Fri-Sun usually ship out on Monday. Arrival time is not guaranteed.
TWO DAY SERVICE
Orders placed for two day service before 12:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.Therefore Two day service is unavailable for PO BOXES, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. $7.99 flat rate orders will be $7.99. Second Day package fees will be $28.99.
To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another shipping cost depending on what kind of shipping you select (FREE SHIPPING will not be applied for re-shipments).
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
