HOW CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Also once your item leaves our hand, we have no control over your package. We are unable to change shipping address or shipping method. Please double check your order before submit it.
WHY DID I GET CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double amount on your credit card account or bank account, what you are seeing is an authorization. You will find "pending" on these amount which means that your bank is holding those amounts . We only charge your credit card once after your order gets shipped. This is common bank/credit card institution practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. Authorization will be cleared within 3~4 business days depending on your bank.

WHAT IS FINAL SALE?
If an item is marked "Final Sale," this means that you can't return or get exchange. Store credit or refund on to your credit card will not be issued even if you return it back to us for some reason. We will send it back to you and if it comes back, we're going to keep the package without refund or store credit.
Also all the sales items are final even it doesn't indicates FINAL SALE.
HOW DO I ADD AN ITEM TO EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, even your order status is "pending," your order is most likely in the warehouse and getting ready to be shipped out. At this point it is better for you to make a new order and give us a call. We will be glad to waive your shipping cost if you placed your new order less than 24 hours apart..
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY PACKAGE?
Your order will be processed almost immediately and most likely it will be shipped out within 2~3 business days. However it is not guaranteed because of availability of merchandise. Transit time for you package is depending on where you live and it will take average of 3~7 business days. If you are located in California, you will receive your package sooner than the other parts of U.S. since we are located in Los Angeles.
If you placed your order on the weekends or on holidays, we will process it on the following business day. We know how you are excited to receive you package so we are working hard and fast to get it out to you as soon as possible.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
You can always check your order status through "My Account." You will see status of your order whether it's pending to be processed, in our warehouse, or left our fulfillment center and on the way to you. Once it's shipped, we will provide you a tracking number so why don't you take a look at a journey of you package? It's fun to watch where your package stop by.
DO YOU TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we are not shipping out to any foreign countries currently including Canada. Please check back with us later or sign up our e-mail list (hyper link) to get notified when we start shipping to your country.
I GET ERROR MESSAGE!
There are few reasons why you get error messages.
First, if it's an issue regarding credit card, please double check if you have inputted correct credit card number and CVV number. Also your name and billing address MUST match exactly as what your bank has on file. Please review closely and look for any typos.
Second, if credit card gets declined even though you have enough funds, you will need to contact your card issuer. Lots of banks and credit card institutions block your transactions due to their fraud protection.
Third, if it's an issue regarding log in, please make sure caps lock is off. Your password is case-sensitive. If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions. If you joined our availing list but never sign up with us, you must register with us to place an order. It is free registration.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON ON MY ORDER?
No, we can only accept one coupon at a time. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
HOW DO I RETURN OR GET EXCHANGE?

WHERE'S MY RETURN & WHEN DO I GET REFUND?
When you send out your return package, please keep tracking number for your reference. Once you drop off the box, track your package and see where you package is. If status changes to "Delivered," that means it's finally in our warehouse.
Please allow us for 2~3 business days to process your return and issue a refund. We will e-mail you once we finish your transaction.
Your refund will be show on your account 3~7 business days depending on your credit card issuer. Please note that your credit card issuer may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
In rare cases, due to unexpected event, the item you ordered is suddenly out of stock. When this happens we will contact you within 1~2 business days to let you know the cancellation. If you have other items in same order, we will still ship the rest of them out to you and remove the unavailable item from your order.

We love to provide you the items that you like and will try hard to re-stock them. However we cannot guarantee.
