Here are three simple and great exercises you can do at your local gym or straight from your home that will help you see a significant improvement on your overall balance. Be sure to engage your core within each and every workout. Engaging your core means tightening your abs ( without holding your breath) this activates the muscles surrounding your spine and will help prevent injury.
